How Does Clearanail® Work? Clearanail® is a treatment that uses a computer-controlled micro-drill to create tiny, precise holes in the nail plate. These holes are pain-free and allow antifungal treatments to reach the source of the infection deep under the nail. The procedure is quick, safe, and does not damage the healthy part of the nail or surrounding skin. How Does It Kill Fungus? Fungal infections often remain resistant to topical treatments because the medication can’t reach the infected nail bed. Clearanail® solves this by creating micro-channels through which antifungal solutions can deeply penetrate and act directly on the fungus. By improving access, it increases the effectiveness of the medication, helping to clear the infection and support healthy nail regrowth.
